The most important aspect of any holiday home is its " cleanliness ".
There is no point in you " the owner " spending thousands of pounds on the interior decor, only for you or your guests to find it dirty, broken, neglected or missing.
When you or your guests have vacated your property, we will ensure that it is thoroughly cleaned.
This will include:
- Giving the property a thorough airing, sweeping, cleaning & dusting. Wiping all work surfaces & sanitising all bathrooms.
- Washing and replacing all bed linens & towels.
- Empty the fridge, freezers & cupboards whilst disposing of any rubbish that has been left.
- We will also ensure that all furniture is examined for any damage or general wear & tear.
- Check all security and electrical equipment, including lights, fans & air con are functional.
- We will carry out a visual external check, including patio furniture and swimming pool.
- Water inside & outside plants.
In fact everything is done that is required to professionally restore the property ready for your next guests to arrive, leaving everything in perfect condition.
We will carry out any inventory of all items in the home ensuring that items are not lost, broken or stolen without due reimbursement from guests. We will let you know immediately when we identify a problem. With our company carrying out all work on your property personally there will be no doubt as to the loss or cause of damage.
Spring Clean
1. Preparation Clean: We open and air the property; sweep and vacuum clean the property through out; wash the floors, including under beds and appliances; clean all windows, doors, terraces, sun beds, outside tables and chairs.
2. Kitchen Clean: We clean inside out all cupboards, work tops, draws etc.; clean the hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer and instructor fan; clean all rubbish and left over food etc.; clean all wall tiles and kitchen equipment; wash and dry all dirty crockery or cutlery; rinse and clean the dishwasher and lastly wash the floor.
3. Bedroom Clean: We remove all bedding and linen and take it for launder; clean under the beds and furniture units etc. clean and polish the wardrobes; dust, clean and polish all furniture units; clean the windows and patio doors; wash and polish the floor; make up the beds, make all beds with fresh linen.
4. Bathroom Clean: We remove all towels and take it for launder; clean all bath units and furnitures; clean all marble surfaces; clean and disinfect sink, bath, toilet, bidet, shower inc. the curtains, all mirrors and lastly we wash and polish the walls and floor.
5. Lounge and Dining Room Clean: We dust, clean and polish all furniture units; doors; pictures, paintings and souvenirs etc.; clean the fireplace (if applicable); clean the carpet (if applicable); wash and polish all windows, patio doors and floor.
Terraces: We clean all the chairs, tables, other appliances or furnitures and wash the terraces.
6. Utility Room Clean: Dust, clean and wash all places including washing machine, drier, cabinets.
General Clean
1. We tidy your whole property.
2. We clean all dust from furniture, electrical appliances etc.
3. We remove all rubbish.
4. We clean the bathrooms and kitchen.
5. We wash all inside floors including bathroom.
Builders Clean
We always recommend an initial deep clean of your new property to all our clients. New properties can be very dusty and not as clean as you would like, as they have been exposed to the elements and had numerous workmen in and out who have not necessarily cleared up after themselves!
There is often paint marks left on your tiled floors, grubby marks on doors, window stickers still on frames, bits of plaster down the drains and goodness knows what down some of the toilets!
Our deep clean leaves your new property paint, dirt and dust free and sparkling for your first arrival. A deep clean involves cleaning every possible area of your property including windows, internal and external doors, sills, skirting and kitchen units inside and out, all crockery and cutlery, deep oven cleans etc.
1. Ventilate your property thoroughly.
2. Remove all builder rubbish and paint and grease marks.
3. Clean & disinfect kitchen cupboards, all white goods in and out - hob, oven, fridge, microwave, wall tiles and appliances.
4. Clean & disinfect the bathroom - tiles, toilet, wash basin and sanitary appliances.
5. Brush all floors and ceilings.
6. Wash all floors and terraces.
7. Clean and polish all windows, glass doors and mirrors.
